In my most recent endeavors, digital processes have assumed a pivotal role. As I begin working on a physical canvas, I meticulously capture photographs of the evolving painting, documenting the stages and nuances of the development, a record of the creative evolution. The digital realm doesn't merely serve as a storage space for these images; it's a canvas. I leverage the power of AI to blend and manipulate these photographs, creating new visual narratives that fuse elements of the paintings. I reintroduce collage elements and themes to the AI. The resulting synthesis introduces a level of randomness into the work—a symbiotic relationship that breathes new life into the creative process. I paint digitally creating alternate versions of the pieces, work, and rework, combine and blend—a natural evolution of my collage process.

From these digitally enhanced compositions, I craft prints that I use to collage back into the original painting, a reflection of the intricate interplay between the tangible and the intangible, the analog and the digital. It's a dynamic approach that bridges artistic traditions with cutting-edge technology, pushing the boundaries of expression and opening doors to unforeseen dimensions of creativity and randomness.
